We really are in that sweet spot between the coast and the country — right on Dartmouth’s doorstep, wrapped in stunning Devon countryside, and just a short walk from Blackpool Sands, voted 3rd best beach in the UK by TimeOut magazine!

But what truly makes Stoke Fleming special is its people! From born-and-bred locals to the fortunate "blow-ins" who found their forever homes here, our community spirit is second to none. It’s a spirit we need to continue to nurture. Our Village Hall sits at the geographical heart of the village. 

Now, we all have a way to put it at the centre of our community pride through the Stoke Fleming Village Hall Heroes.



WHAT IS MISSION 250?


Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026, the Stoke Fleming Village Hall marks an incredible milestone for our community. To honour this landmark, we have launched MISSION 250 - our goal to recruit 250 dedicated members contributing just £2.50 a month. Every single penny raised through our Village Hall Heroes will be directly ring-fenced for essential maintenance, vital repairs, and modernising our facilities to keep the hall a safe, vibrant hub for everyone. We believe in absolute transparency, so we will send regular progress emails containing details of the improvements we make and the work that’s undertaken. The entire team deeply appreciates your generosity in ensuring our Village Hall stands strong for the next 25 years and beyond!
