Dartmouth Rock Choir

11th October 2024

A fabulous evening of entertainment with a medley of songs from the talented Dartmouth Rock Choir together with a bar, light refreshments and a raffle of generously donated prizes from local businesses, all in support of Stoke Fleming Village Hall and St.Peters Church.

2024 Hall AGM

The AGM was held on 2nd April. The following officers were elected:

Chair - John Belli. Vice-Chair - Gary Rapps, Secretary - Debbie Morris, Treasurer - Sarah Dudley

Bookings - Emily Handley, Trustees - Suzi Dodsworth & Simon Dowden

Bulb Planting

October 11th, following a generous donation of £50, volunteers planted bulbs in the verge outside the hall

Tea & Coffee was provided

The bulbs were planted within the white lines

Hall For Hire Advert

The advert shown on the right now appears in 'By The Dart'

Water Butt

The hall trustees have purchased a water butt for the patio by the planted pots.

This will save using tap water in the summer to water the plants, which will save on the water bill and is better for the environment.

The Water butt has now been installed, just in time for a good nights rain and is now full and ready to use.

Wireless Internet

Fibre Broadband is now fully operational within the hall and is easy to access.

Defibrillator

The Defibrillator was installed in January 2018 using donations from within the village.

It is situated in the foyer and so is accessible at all times.
